How to use your Revol Belle Cuisine Escargot Plate: Prepare a delicious, aromatic butter sauce by finely chopping shallots, parsley, and crushed garlic. Add salt and freshly ground pepper, and cook (carefully) until very hot. Place a little butter in the bottom of each hollow, add the snail, and top with the savory sauce.
