The 7-ply construction (18/10 stainless steel interior, 2 layers of aluminum, pure copper center, 2 layers of aluminum, magnetic stainless steel exterior) ensures efficient and even heating for superior cooking control. Little or no fat is needed with the premium nonstick surface - as well as little or no scrubbing. The riveted cast stainless steel handle is ergonomically designed for comfort and strength with a channel for easy gripping. The Culinary Institute of America Masters Collection of cookware, cutlery, bakeware, and culinary tools was designed with hands-on involvement and testing by the school's faculty of Certified Master Chefs.
