Product Description
This elegant polished stainless steel chafing dish keeps your foods at the perfect temperature -- hot or cold -- for buffet service. The tempered glass lid allows your guests to view the contents of the dish without removing the lid; a chrome wire rack holds the lid securely and conveniently behind the dish for serving. The food pan can be easily removed to the kitchen for refilling; the water pan can be filled with hot water to keep foods hot, or filled with ice to keep foods chilled. Includes a solid fuel holder with swing-away top.
3 quart/2.8 litre capacity.
18/10 stainless steel all welded construction. Dishwasher safe.
To use, fill water pan 1/3 full with boiling water. Place solid fuel into the holder, replace lid, and light fuel. Carefully return the solid fuel holder to the centre of the base. Place hot food in the food pan and set the pan inside the water pan.
