It also assures greater protection against eavesdropping for all your calls. Operating in the 1.9GHz frequency range, your phone will not conflict with other wireless devices such as computer routers, wireless keyboards, microwave ovens and other common household devices.Now you can program each handset to ring - or not - at your discretion. Before going to sleep, simply set the bedside handset to Night Mode so that it won't ring in your bedroom. In the meantime, the handset in the den will still ring when that important call comes in without disturbing the person who's sleeping.Now you don't have to be holding the phone to see who's calling. Using text-to-speech technology, the Caller ID information is announced between rings. Panasonic's KX-TG9300 series DECT phones also boast a talking alarm clock that will tell you when it's time for lunch, and a talking battery alert that politely tells you when your battery is low with a "please charge phone" reminder.Store the Caller ID info of any and all unwanted callers into your phone's Call Block list so that you can eliminate future pesky calls. Great Phones November 16, 2008
Great phones for the price. Excellent range and good features. Two things I don't like about the phone are the battery life (it doesn't seem to be as good as my old Panasonic phone) and the phone book feature (you can only store 50 names/numbers). Neither problem really changes my overall opinion of the phone and it's worked flawlessly so far.

These phones fit my needs perfectly. They are light weight and small/large enough for both my husband's and my hands. The distance we can walk away from the main unit is astounding and the sound is very good.

Love the phone October 26, 2008
Excellent voice quality and reception, no interference with my computers or wi-fi, like the talking caller id. Also really like the night mode where I can program the ringer to go off at night and on in the morning so calls don't wake me up when I want to sleep. Nice compact size and it looks good. (I got the version in white).

Good, but not great October 18, 2008
The product works as advertised but appears to be quite prone to a stactic-like noise. It may be line noise, since we are have a lot of problems while Verizon is switching over to fibre optic lines. Maintenance on our old copper wire line is probably low on their priority list. I have tried eliminating other noise sources (computers, etc.) by switching things off and nothing seems to help.

Otherwise it works well and is easy to set up.
