For its winter holiday décor and tableware collection, Villeroy & Boch takes creative cues from childhood memories and alpine traditions. Both inspirations are present in the Decolights Sled piece, a quaint sculpture of a festive sled with two children nestled snugly inside. Crafted from porcelain, the Decolights Sled features intricate details and hand-painted glazing for authentic charm. Both sled and children have a retro look drawn from popular imagery of the 1920s, but their appeal is nonetheless fresh in a modern home. For creating a pleasant glow on an entryway or dining table, the piece can also be illuminated with a tealight inside. It measures approximately 6 inches high and can be washed by hand when necessary. Tealights are not included. --Emily Bedard
