Used.... abused.... still work beautifully April 25, 2008
I bought my twin selects because I needed good knives to use in my culinary class. I love the heavier weight that Henckel knives provide. With the twin selects, I not only got the heavier weight which I prefered, but I got a nice sleek smooth knife. Most people do not like heavy knives, so I wouldn't recommend these knives. But for those of us who do, these are definately within your best interest. I've invest $300 into this knife set, and very soon I plan on finishing it. Love this set!
