Equipped with everything necessary to grow organic herb plants, the set would make a wonderful gift for the budding botanist, or the culinary ingénue, in the family. The set includes basil, oregano, and chives seeds, three of the most frequently employed herbs in Italian cooking. Three green artisan stoneware planters accompany the seeds, along with a matching drip tray that fits all three planters. To ensure the organic quality of the herbs, garden at home provides a bag of organic soil with which to fill the planters.
