The lil smokehouse barbecuer combines the scientific, modern method of pressure baking with pressure-smoking for old fashioned smoke flavor. It does this automatically, economically, and in a fraction of the time it takes to prepare barbecue by ordinary methods in the conventional method of barbecuing, 40 to 50 of meat is lost in shrinkage and drippings, which cannot be recovered. Barbecuing the lil smokehouse way should cut your shrinkage in half. Some users have reported as little as 12 shrinkage. The lil smokehouse cooker is manufactured with only the finest materials. The smoker operates on 220 single phase electricity and weighs just under 160lbs. The measurements of the unit are 30inhx20inwx27ind. The body of the smoker is constructed of stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning. The lil smokehouse cooker is capable of cooking up to 45lbs of delicious barbecued meat in just over an hour.
