4 out of 5 stars Great sound, fit needs work   November 17, 2008
The overall quality of the unit is great. Love having the charging case on standby, and keeping it charged when not in use. Haven't had any complaints from anyone about being in a tunnel or backround noise etc... The only complaint I would have is the fit of the earpieces. It would be nice to have something more like a Jabra eargel, that would accomodate the piece. The Jabras fit ok, but sound quality is diminished due to covering of speakers. I am in the process of enlarging the opening of a Jabra, to see if this helps the sound quality. It certainly doesn't cause the same pain that comes from the stock earpieces. I would recomend this unit for and ""in ear" bluetooth to anyone.

I have owned many different headsets (including Jawbone) and this is by far the best. I love the charging case, never had an issue with no place to charge it. But I lost it on a trip... all to tidy I guess. I am ordering another today!!

I have been using this headset for a couple weeks now. I am impressed with the voice clarity and people I talk to state that they cannot tell that I am on a bluetooth headset (a definite plus). It was extremely easy to pair up with my phone (Moto Q9C) and I have been very impressed with the range. The battery life, however, has been disappointing for actual talk-time....while the case allows for a quick recharge, it means time that the headset is not available. But overall, I am happy with this product.

I tried a number of bluetooth headsets (Jawbone, other Plantronics models) before settling on the 925. Talk time is very good and the battery case is great to recharge remotely. This headset is very comfortable in my ear (I did not like full in the ear units...personal preference) and volume level is very good. Sound clarity is excellent on both side of calls. Any wind noise causes significant background noise for the person you are talking to, so I limit using the device in those situations. Other background noise is greatly reduced by this device like driving in a car or people talking in the background...it does a very good job. Price through Amazon was the best and the seller shipped the product quickly. It actually arrive in two days. Highly recommended.
