This classic straight-sided 2-quart saut� pan dramatically displays Emerilware's virtues. Love this pan!! September 25, 2006
I am just an average cook that needed to replace my cheap saute pan and wanted to own one good pan. I am so glad I picked this one. I don't think I have burned even one thing during the 6 months that I have had this pan. I am using a lot less oil/butter with my cooking and I am getting much better tasting food now that everything cooks evenly throughout the pan. It was recommended that I never use heat above Med heat with this pan and you definately don't need anything higher. I will definately buy more of this collection now that I can see the difference it can make in my cooking.
