The polished exterior surface is easy to clean and scratch-resistant. The stay-cool cast stainless steel handle is ergonomic in design for both comfort and balance. Stainless steel rivets allow for secured handles when transporting the pot around the kitchen and a self-basting, tempered glass lid locks in moisture and flavor.
