Wusthof's 8 inch hollow ground chef's knife W�sthof Classic 8-Inch Hollow-Ground Cook's Knife is well made: nice weight and balance. Compares favorably with our 6 and 10 inch knives from other vendors. Amazon's vendor, "Witbecks", was top notch: very solicitous and the knife arrived in good condition and more quickly than expected. A wonderful shopping experience.
