One sleek piece of brushed stainless steel forms this 13-1/2-inch turner, from its 3-1/4-inch-wide slotted head to the curved end with hanging hole. The handle edges curve under slightly and cradle a soft, non-slip grip in the lower five inches. Sturdy construction makes this dishwasher-safe turner a pro for flipping burgers on the grill or pancakes in a cast-iron skillet. Plus, because it's steel, the turner can rest safely on the rim of a hot pan.

Awesome April 21, 2007
I have only used this a few times since I bought it recently, but so far it works great and goes through the dishwasher with no trouble. It's nice and light but sturdy enough for normal use.

I'm not sure that 18/10 has to be twice the price that OXO is charging for these utensils. This is normal sized unlike the huge spoon.

These OXO stainless tools are the best. Solid, well build, includes a hole to hang them. Unlike the Kitchen Aid which tip out of the pan due to their imbalanced weight characteristics, the OXOs are well balanced. It's slightly heavy which I like. Doesn't scratch very easily and washes nicely. This is my line of choice.
