Fan operates very quietly and looks great. I agree with other reviewer(s) that parts of the installation guide are unclear, particularly the steps about mounting the bracket to your ceiling. Based on your ceiling and home builder the steps may not apply and leave you to your own determinations. If you've previously installed a ceiling fan in your home then you may not have any difficulty.

Although a little frustrating, it wasn't too difficult to overcome the installation guide and I'm very happy with the result. The fan looks and performs great.

- Well, protected when arrived.
- Looks great in room and very silent.

Cons:
- Install guide not very clear. Need some experience to DIY.

Overall, Satisfy so far with the purchase.
