Ideally shaped for prolonging bubbles and chill, the six tall, slender flutes in this set are perfect for serving Champagne and other sparkling wines. The flutes are machine-blown of 5 percent lead crystal, providing excellent transparency and brilliance for showcasing a wine's color and clarity. Elegant, finely balanced, lightweight yet sturdy, the flutes have thin rims to ensure smooth sipping and are dishwasher-safe. Each flute is 9 inches high and has a capacity of 9-1/2 ounces. Great glasses! June 28, 2008
These glasses are wonderful! I've used them several times, and they have proved to be durable and beautiful. I have bought Bordeaux glasses from the same collection, and dessert wine glasses from another collection. I've been careful washing them and handling them, and so far I'm not disappointed!

Champagne Glasses March 21, 2007

I own Reidel as well as Spieglau. The differences are slight. The Spieglau have a very nice tulip shape and the heft/feel to them is very good. And, given the price, if I break one I don't get upset as I would with a Reidel. No wonder Reidel bought the company. I recommend the Spieglau to anyone looking for an attractive, well made glass, at a moderate price. Anything that helps you enjoy the champagne a little more, as these do, deserve to be recommended!

These glasses are a lovely elegant shape, gorgeous and appropriate for champagne, and the bit of extra width makes them suitable for white wine too. They come in a box, individually wrapped in tissue. They are reasonably priced for a set of six and make a great gift.
