Product Description
Take good care of your Capresso machine by using the Claris Water Cartridge, which reduces water hardness up to 75% and eliminates decalcifying. It helps to remove (if present) chlorine, lead, copper and aluminum. It cleans the water through an upward current principle just before the brewing cycle starts to ensurw freshly filtered water every time you use the machine. Each cartridge is good for 500 cups of coffee or 60 days of use. Claris Water Care System for the Capresso C1500 #158/ C1300 #156 Automatic Coffee Centers and Capresso Espresso Pro #112. This cartridge should be replaced every two months or every 500 cups to insure a greater life expectancy of your machine!

Slow delivery. The bag on one of the cartridges was opened and one was sealed. Product works.

Works great once installed! January 9, 2007
This was a little difficult to install the first time since it did not come with detailed instructions. However, it seems to be working well. I have heard from others that using a filter will significantly increase the lifespan of the espresso machine, so it is well worth the investment.
