Customer Reviews: Tasty recipes for healthy living... February 17, 2005 2 out of 2 found this review helpful This is a must-have companion book to the Lean Bodies program! I cannot recommend it highly enough. I found the recipes for entrees and side dishes to be the best. Some of the dessert recipes are a bit odd in the ingredients they require. Out of 100 eating plans and then some, it's by far the BEST! January 21, 1998 19 out of 19 found this review helpful I read the book and started the plan 4 weeks ago. I exercise aerobically 4-6 times a week, do some light weight training three times a week. So far, I've lost 11 pounds, several inches, and almost two clothing sizes. I sleep wonderfully and have unbelievable energy. The cleanest I've eaten in 20 years.
