I received 2 of the 9" glass hangers from my Amazon wish list and was surprised to find that one of them was actually 10" (mismatched sizes). When attempting to screw in the hangers the wood screws easily became stripped (aluminum maybe?) and were too long. My recommendation is if you're going to buy these hangers, you'll need to buy quality wood screws. #8 X 5/8" - flat heads did the trick for me. The hangers themselves were simple in design and seem sturdy (spot welded). I think these items are bit overpriced for what they are.
