I was a bit reticent about the quality before the item it arrived. When it did arrive, my apprehension completely disappeared. This pan is made of heavy, good quality stainless steel. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this for my daughter as a gift and was delighted at the quality and weight of this product; better than any of those I have seen in gourmet kitchen stores. I am VERY PLEASED with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone considering this item!

Superb quality, worth every penny! Could not wait to throw away my old stained aluminum, better yet....stainless steel will look great in ten years as well!
