The John Boos Cucina Toscano chef's cart has a 3-in. thick, butcher block-style hard maple top. Channeled grooves on top help prevent juices and liquids from spilling onto the floor. It has a food service-grade stainless steel removable shelf that doubles as a serving tray. Two dovetailed maple drawers provide extra storage space for knives or tools. There is a stainless bar for placing towels. Below, 3-in. commercial-grade casters lock in place to keep the cart stationary as you work. The Cucina Toscano chef's cart stands 35-in. high, the same height as standard-sized kitchen countertops. About John Boos: Built from select northern hard rock maple, John Boos butcher blocks, work tables and cookware racks will last for generations. They're made to professional standards by John Boos & Company, supplier to butchers and restaurants. You'll even find John Boos products in the White House kitchen.
