No matter how much oil you put- food sticks to it. It is also hard to clean

Calphalon cookware is awsome. My daughter and son-in-law love the cookware and have used it for three years. I've used it at their house before so when it came up for 70% off I ordered me some. They can't believe how little I paid for the cookware especially since mine is commercial grade. It works great. I have no problem with clean up or cooking with it. I love it. I'll keep adding to my collection as it comes on sale.

I bought this for a gift, and my daughter was thrilled! Great size, great price, great item. This was one heck of a deal, and Calphalon makes one heck of a pan. Super!

Eggs Stick April 3, 2007

This pan sticks. Doesn't matter how you follow the manufacturer's instructions, put oil, clean it well, no cold food, it still sticks. I've tried all ranges of temp to cook it on and there's no difference. Waste of money, All-Clad makes much better products. I've also used cheap non-stick surfaces and they work much better than this skillet for frying eggs. And it's a pain to clean. I still have not been able to scrub off the oil residue on the edges of my pan.
