All-Clad Copper Core 7-Piece Cookware Set

The exposed copper looks like more of a marketing thing than functional. How else can you show that there is copper, which serious cooks all "know" is best, without it?

Other than that buy good pans when you are young, they'll last a lifetime.

Best performance cookware all clad's made.. well, maybe second to the all copper one. HOwever, given that it takes away the cleaning problems of copper cookware, this rocks. The only few things I don't like is the lack of a bigger stockpot and that there's still some copper showing so I think there's some heavy cleaning involved. But I guess that's the only way to differentiate from the Master/Steel version.
