Nice product with small flaw April 25, 2007

This fryer works well for frying small batches. I must concur with other reviews I have read about the size. The heating element which sits at the bottom of the oil reservoir, takes up nearly half the volume. You have to put in about six inches of oil but you can only fill the basket to about three inches. I suspect this ratio helps the oil to maintain its temperature when adding food. Overall I am happy with the results I get from using this product.

Awesome deep fryer April 5, 2007

I bought the deep fryer for my husband. He likes it so much, he looks for meals to fry. I used it once and thought it was very easy to use. I like having a lid to keep hot oil from flying all over. It's very easy to clean since all parts are separate. I'd definitely recommend this product.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!! April 5, 2007
I purchased this item and I was quite impressed with the safety features, break away cord and the one off/on switch. I had friends over when I first tried it and man they couldn't believe that this appliance cooked my perch/chicken with such perfection. I am indeed please with this product. I cooked about 4-5 pounds of perch in record time and I didn't have to change the cooking oil. The funnel with the strainer made the perfect companion when returning the used cool cooking oil to its' container. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A GREAT APPLIANCE.

I have used this product 3 times and have enjoyed it. I cooked about 4 lbs of cube steak in less than 35 minutes. It has a nice large capacity and heats up quickly. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Our family had one of these which was used hard until it finally died of an electrical problem. It had a lot of miles on it when it expired and we were delighted to see that, despite being discontinued by the manufacturer, this model was still out there. I give it very high marks.
