Beverage Chiller... June 8, 2007

This thing is a complete waste of technology. Essentially the chiller just uses re-circulating water and user provided ice to chill your beverage. You can most likely achieve the same results by filling a pitcher with ice and water. For the cost of this product it should chill its own water bath. It does have blinking LED's though... I guess that deserves a star......

The cooler really chills beverages fast, but using it isn 't easy. When I bought it, the information I received was that it cooled a 6 pack in a few minutes and it's true, except you have to put the cans one by one.

I was a little skeptical when I first ordered this chiller but ordered it anyway. It is awesome! It perfectly chilled a can of coke that was previously sitting outside in my hot and humid Southeast Texas garage to near perfection. And it didn't even make it spew when it opened!! I recommend this product for those who love the newest gadgets and have "everything."

After a year of using this wine chiller, it still amazes me how wonderful it is. It's a must have for anybody who has wine drinking friends that just drop by. The motionless option is great for drinkers of fine unfiltered beers, who don't want to stir up the sediment.

The only downside to this machine is when in operation, it has a tendancy to splash water out of the front. This isn't anythig that a dish towel drapped over the front can't take care of, just a minor inconvenience.
