5 out of 5 stars Excellent clock!   May 26, 2008

I've had this clock for years and I love it. Always has the exact time and changes during daylight savings and such. The part I like most is the alarm. It produces a high pitch beep every second and continues to get faster until you shut it off. It's not the type of alarm that's going to scare you and make you hit the ceiling, I personally don't like starting my day that way. Great alarm and highly recommend it.

5 out of 5 stars Love this alarm clock   May 14, 2008

I thought the idea of a projecting alarm clock was a little goofy and my wife thought I was crazy, but once you have it you'll never want to go back.

The alarm, as others have mentioned, is not overly loud. It is loud enough to wake me and not be obnoxious. The alarm is easy to set. I haven't had any trouble with the clock synching to the atomic clock signals.

4 out of 5 stars Great buy!   May 9, 2008

I bought this clock because it was a projection clock at an affordable price. It is a great alarm clock. It does set itself so you don't have to worry about it being on the wrong time. It also tells temperature, date, and time zone. The downsides are: the projection isn't adjustable and the backlight doesn't stay on. It is a very simple clock with projection. Would I buy it again? Yes.

I love this clock. I don't have to lift my head to see what time it is. It appears on the ceiling and I love it!

5 out of 5 stars Extra features really make a difference   April 22, 2008

I love this little alarm clock. More than anything I love the self-setting feature. I do live in the middle of a major metropolitan area so it worked flawlessly for me. It adjusted itself for daylight savings with no problem.

I also really appreciate that if I leave the house before the alarm has gone off it will eventually turn itself off and stop annoying the other members of the household. The volume/tone/frequency is effective for me and when you stop the alarm (or it turns itself off) it is automatically set for the next day - no need to remember to set it the night before.

I don't use the projection display much - the little dots in the middle of the time display blink and it makes me feel like an insomniac if I stare at it on the ceiling in the middle of the night. My insomnia tendencies are also why I appreciate the fact that you can't see the clock display at all if you haven't hit the button on top to activate the backlight - no glancing over in the middle of the night and being stunned that it's 3:30am. Most of the time if I don't know how late it is I can get back to sleep.

No downsides for me on this product. I've had it for at least 6 months now and it has been reliable, sturdy and done exactly what it said it would.
