If you're a professional chef you may turn your nose up at any brand other than Wustof. However, I'm not, and I don't have $300-500 to throw around. This was a special offer for $39.95 and I know a bargain when I see one, grabbed it! The knives have a nice weight, cut well, handles are comfortable, blades seem to be good quality steel. The case is really nice to store them in. Mention was made that the stickers are hard to remove from blades---NOT!! The key to removing stickers successfully without leaving residue is to pull off slowly, and DO NOT WET the stickers. Amazon delivered them quickly--as usual very good service!!! Thank you Rachael Ray and Amazon!!

We are very pleased with these knives. They are very sharp and the grip is comfrtable. They are also well balanced. Our only compliant i sthat the tips of the knives are showing signs of rust after only a few washes. Other than that, we are satisfied. The knives arrived in good shape when promised.

I just want to start off by saying I am not a big Rachael Ray fan and I never buy products based on Celebrity endorsement. But after helping a friend with the prep-work for a dinner party, I was immediately sold on these knives! The orange handles may be a bit tacky looking, but they make using the knife so easy, steady and just comfortable. The chopping & dicing quality were excellent, better than my Henckels. I quickly upgraded to this set and couldn't be more happy.
