Does it keep out the rain? March 10, 2008
I got this to protect my grill and at the time I was thinking specifically about rain. I have been using it for several weeks and notice that it also ends up keeping off a lot of dust which is nice. However I noticed that it has a mesh vent on one side of the top. I don't know if that's going to keep out the rain (it won't rain again for quite some time here in LA). Time will tell. Or I might just spray it with the hose to find out.

Great portable grill. We're not using it as portable and it cooks great. Even heat distribution. Need to give it about 15 to 20 minutes to come up to full heat and it doesn't get scorching hot but it cooks evenly and there aren't many flares up. We're happy with the purchase.

Weber BBQ cover for Q200 February 8, 2008
I purchased this cover at the same time as the grill because things go bad pretty quickly here in Coastal California, salt air, sun- and this year, lots of rain.

Cover is very sturdy and well constructed, easy to use. I have had several Weber charcoal "buckets" in the past, and they still get rusted, bleached out and scabrous if you don't take care of them.

This unit does the job.

Great cover December 7, 2007
This cover does what it's supposed to do; it covers the grill. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is there is a little section on the top back that is mesh and not nylon, so water can get through. This doesn't really matter since it's on the hood of the grill, but it seems pointless to me.

Worth every penny December 2, 2007
I wish I had purchased this cover when I bought my Weber Q, I love it. It is well made, and keeps me from having to scrub up the dang thing after sitting on my porch every time I want to use it. It is nice looking, and makes the whole thing more uniform.
