Well what do you say about proprietary pans that are non-standard. I wish they designed the grill so that cheap baking pans from the grocery store could be used.

The pans are well made for the intended job.

5 out of 5 stars As good as the original.   July 19, 2006

These "drip pans" are just as good a the ones that came with the Weber. There does not seem to be any difference.
They may a bit more expensive than you would pay in a store, but the convenience, ease of ordering and excellent service on line was well worth the difference.

These are by far the best drip pans I've ever used! The way they fit into my Weber Silver Genesis B is amazing. Any and all drips cannot come close to making it past these drip pans.

5 out of 5 stars They fit, and they work.   December 31, 2005

They do what they're supposed to do, and it's a great filler item to get to the $25 for free shipping. I have also used it for smoking chips on the grill (to put some hickory or mesquite chips that have been soaked, lift the grate, and let the grill to the work).
The way I figure this set will last at least two years.
