Smells when 1500w is used January 9, 2007

This is a quiet item. Not ideal for a big room but quite strong for its size. It has three level of power output and when 1500w is turned on, the smell is really bad.

This is an excellent silent space heater. We used it to knock the chill off a large tiled bathroom (14 x 16). Do not expect instant heat, it uses convection. Highly reccommend.

every home has one room that doesn't heat very well. That is why I bought this. A north facing upstair bedroom. The complaining has stopped, my electric has not gone up, and it has made peace in the household. The little heater is doing it's job! I have not used the controls personally,so I can't comment of how to use it.
