Great concept, some improvements could be made. January 2, 2008
Like other reviewers have said, be sure to listen to the instructions and use a 10" torilla.

Pluses, quick, tasty, easy meals. VERY easy to clean the non-stick service, just wipe clean with damp cloth after it cools. Indentations make the hot and cheesy goodness easy to cut while still hot.

Minuses - this appliance MUST use a lot of electricity. It throws off a LOT of heat so be careful what you have around it. Think aout where you are going to store this. It is large.

What a great deal January 2, 2008
This quesadilla maker is great. My family and I have had a great time using it to create tasty treats anytime. My husband even took it to school with him one day and made lunch for his class. It is so easy to clean and was a great purchase for us.

Must-have small appliance December 28, 2007
This is a great gadget. Turn your bits of leftovers into a gourmet meal in a couple of minutes! The Well-Filled Tortilla is a good companion recipe book, but you can create tasty meals with your own imagination and the recipes that come with the product. It works very quickly and is a breeze to clean. Very highly recommended for college kids, singles and seniors - anyone who does not have a lot of people to feed.
