Ok set, price ok, not great. Didnt realize this set was not the one that had the indentions in the blade so what you are slicing doesnt stick to blade. Can't remember what that is called, they are sharp but I have concerns about edges after sharpening. They are attractive tho on my counter.:-)

Okay for the price February 21, 2008
So far I haven't been impressed with these. They are unusually lightweight, but sleek-looking. Compared to the knives I've been looking at (for about a year now) the price is what keeps them on my counter. I agree with one other reviewer - my knives also have "stains" on them only after using them for about three weeks. They look discolored in places and look like they are starting rust. How is that possible with stainless steel?
