The design is not good. The two short hands get hot. I was not able to hold the pan with one handle while dishing out the food with the other. I was diappointed.

I bought this pan because I enjoy to cook. Moreover, I love getting a good deal on a quality piece of cooking equipment.

I haven't used it yet; but I expect great things from a name like Calphalon.

On an electric stove this pan heats evenly. I use it like a wok and make stir fry dishes.

The perfect size for cooking up a stirfry and so easy to clean. I couldn't ask for more especially for the price. Great quality and has a nice weight to it.
