handy little knife January 1, 2008
very sharp, takes and holds an edge easily. Comfortable in the hand. Bought one 3 and one 4 star. Love them both. Will be back for more.

Like in heaven... December 29, 2007
We have several Henckels Twin Four Star knives and love every one of them. We purchased this one as a gift. We prefer the comfort, lightness, feel, and balance of the 4 Star and newer 4 Star II Series over the 5 Star banana shaped handle or the Henckels professional series. Regularly use this knife to peel and to dice small amounts of fruit or veggies.

Like all of Henckels knives, the blade will stay sharp if honed periodically and protected with a sheath or knife block. We prefer the knife blade guards so we can throw the knives in the drawer. If you do not want to be bothered honing the knife, this may not be the knife for you.

The J.A. Henckels Twin Four Star 3-Inch Paring Knife is an excellent product. It's easy to use, easy to hold and cuts easily. I bought several for gifts, including one for myself and I really like it.
