Drying pasta with this product is a breeze!!! I thought I didn't need it at first and my pasta noodles all stuck together as a big pile of mess (eventhough I covered them heavily with flour - yah didn't work). I'd never make pasta without this drying rack ever again.

Have not actually used this as yet. For more than 50 years I have been drying my noodles on the dining room table on waxed paper (having to remove objects on the table first), or on a drying pole(which fell off more than once and I abandoned), and I feel this will be the answer. I have a pasta machine, but cannot seem to get the same quality of noodle from it.

Does everything I would expect out of a pasta rack. It is sturdy and pasta dries. Easy to assemble, which is good because it doesn't even come with instructions.
