poorly packed - 4 glasses were broken when I received them October 11, 2006

I bought the first set a few months ago. I love them! They are heavy, and just the right size for my use.

So, I decided to buy a second set, so I would still have plenty if I accidentally broke some. They arrived today. They were not packed properly, not marked fragile, and four of the glasses are broken.

Frankly, returning them is more of an inconvenience than it's worth. They're heavy (I'm a small woman). I already have a set of these glasses and just wanted them as extras, but I am extremely disappointed and probably will not order from this seller again.

I don't see any place to provide feedback for them, so I am doing it here.

So the glasses themselves are terrific _ I would rate 5 stars - but I am disappointed that they were broken.
