Excellent product, easy to use. Have already made plenty of milk shakes with no problems. Just like having a malt shop at home.

I don't know what all the fuss is about over some of the reviews. Are they mad because they have to actually do something physical to make a milk shake with this mixer? I put in a few scoops of ice cream, some milk and turn it on. Of course I have to hold the cup and work the cup a little but hell, you're about to dump 500+ calories into your pie hole so put some effort into it! I've made many shakes with this machine and I've never had a mess. Why have I had so much success while there are so many failures here...I don't know...I guess I'm smarter than the mixer.
