4 out of 5 stars A little disappointed   November 15, 2007

The pan is tiny whereby the handle rivots overpower the pan. The pan didnt heat up as quickly as my calphalon stainless 10in pan. I truely wont buy it again, go calphalon. It is cheaper with better quality.

It is perfect for cooking but hard for cleaning because of its size. Standard size sinks and stove tops are not large enough to accomodate with ease, but it is worth the trade off when cooking. I also recomment the lid it is excellent for many uses. Why would you want this pan without a lid?

5 out of 5 stars All-Clad Stainless 8-Inch Fry Pan - Best ever purchase!   August 16, 2007

Best little can do pan ever! After purchasing the 7 pc set from Macys I realized that the 12" pan is just too big for everyday use. I remebered thet Warehouse Deals/Amazon also carried All Clad, so I did my search and up came a 8" pan for $25.99 (approx) Easy enough, just click and it was on its way. Highly recomend All Clad to all my friends, as if they didn't already know that they make the best in cookware.

5 out of 5 stars So far, am so happy with it   August 9, 2007

I bought this pan couple of weeks ago. I used it twice. I am really impressed with it. I thought it would be too hard to clean. I WAS WRONG. It's easy to clean especially if you use oil or butter (I never used Al-Clad fry pan without oil so I have no idea how does it without oil). I wash it right after done cooking.
I noticed that it does not heat fast, but food stay hot for long time after cooking (in the pan). When I decided to buy All-Clad frying pan I was thinking of buying non-stick one. Then I changed my mind after reading some reviews about All-clad non-stick surface. I said: Why to pay so much for non-stick when it's easy to scratch like any other non-stick. Great buy. Am glad I bought it.
