Good pan. Maintains heat well. Made main course and desert crepes all turned out well the first time. Nicely browned.

LOVE IT! Can't live without it! Use it every day, sometimes multiple times.
I cook everything in it. Everything!

Calphalon Commercial is really the best. I have had many and that is what I have found. Would recommend this to anyone! I love Amazon's price on it too!

I call this pan my "magic pan". It cooks eggs without a bit of butter, or grease of any kind. I use this pan everyday and could not imagine getting along without it. J.

I can't imagine a better pan.
It heats quickly, cooks evenly, and cleans up with a paper towel or an easy wipe with a soapy cloth and drying towel. The fact that it's shallow and non-stick makes for easy egg dishes and fried cakes (pan, potato, etc.). It wouldn't be good for most dishes that contain a lot of liquid, but Calphalon has other pans for this purpose.
Amazon has sales on these pans often and with a Prime membership for free shipping you can get a great deal.
They are heavier than some pans, but the are also well constructed.
I recommend them.
