I purchased this item for my mother. What a perfect gift. This corkscrew makes opening a bottle of wine a breeze. Very user friendly and so simple. The cork glides out without a problem. The only complaint that I have is it is difficult to store since the handles stick out. Although a simple rubberband seems to handle the problem. This item is worth the money and a is a great gift idea.

I was reluctant to buy the original rabbit, just b/c it was too expensive. I bought this new version, and I have to say that my wife and I are thrilled! It's very easy to use, comes with a backup corkscrew if the other ever breaks, and we love it.

This device works, but not as surely as my previous corkscrew of the similar design. The gripper is somewhat uncertain making the cork removal more difficult.

This my second corkscrew of this type. No other type approaches the ease of this one. My first one was more sturdy but broke after about a year and a half. The spot where it broke will not happen, I don't think, on the Houdini. I would recommend it both for ease and price.
