it looks and operate great.. but it broke down after almost a year. thanks God the warranty was in effect still.. they fixed it for free and had a great customer service.

This microwave heats up food just fine. I haven't had any problems with it. It has a lot of settings for reheating and such, but I usually just simply punch in the time I want it to cook. I would recommend it.

Perfect fit with our kitchen and the metallic finish of all our major appliances. Does everything we've needed in a microwave. Would have loved a "+:15" button, so you can add a few more seconds for presets. Otherwise lovely.

I had another brand which did magnificently for 12 years. I couldn't find one similar in the same brand, so went to the Sharp. It is the size that a couple almost 80 years old can use best. We do little cooking in the microwave - more reheating coffee, or warming up food that has already been cooked on the stove. Oh, it does cook our oatmeal daily - generally 3 min at 50% power. Price was right, and shipping was included. Why not 5 stars? -- we prefer the door with a handle like our previous microwave had.
