The only pan I own that gets used as much as this one is my much beloved 20+ year old cast iron skillet. Which one I use depends on what I'm cooking. Frittatas, pancakes, sauted veggies, this is the one. Steaks, chops, fried chicken and the like still finds me reaching for old reliable. The only thing I would change about this pan is to get one of the newer ones with the glass lid if I were to buy another.

This is a great pan for everyday use if you're cooking small portions. The 12in is better if you're cooking for more than one person. It is a great pan, very easy to clean.

I love this pan and use it for many, many meals. The most used piece of calphalon in my kitchen! Highly recommend this piece!

This pan was a pleasure to use for the first few months. Then the coating took on a rough texture, and eventually wore off in the center of the pan. I took care to read the instructions and followed them to the letter.

i love this pan & use it all the time - it cleans up nicely - i have given several as gifts and everyone i've given it to really enjoys it as well -
