Perfectly Purple September 3, 2003

I absolutely love my grape Kitchenaid mixer.I am a long time Kitchenaid mixer owner and have given them to all of my children when they married. Two years ago I called the company and asked if they would consider making a mixer in purple. At that time the answer was no.Imagine my surprise and delight when I found Amazon now had Grape Purple as one of the new colors. I ordered it at once.It sits on my counter to be used and admired. Everyone who enters my kitchen comments on it. And yes,I still have my original Kitchenaid.You can never have too much of a good thing.So thank you Kitchenaid. I am as passionate about your products as I am about purple.

We finally broke down and bought one of these after years of using a hand mixer. It's nice and powerful enough to mix what ever we have needed.

After having this for a year, we managed somehow to let it fall on the floor. Amazingly, the thing still works.

The Essential Kitchen Item July 31, 2003
I received the KitchenAid Mixer for x-mas. As a regualr baker, and cook;I really recommend this for the kitchen. It makes baking much quicker, and it looks good too. It may cost a few bucks, but it is definately worth every penny. Ladies....throw those hand mixers away!

This is the simply best there is in a professional quality mixer. No matter what color you choose (and there are plenty from which to make a selection) mixers don't get any better than this one by KitchenAid. This model can effortlessly handling of the heaviest of batters and the lightest of liquids and will provide the most discriminating cook with years of solid performance. I have given several of these as wedding gifts over the years and every bride who has received one from me has raved about it. You can't go wrong with this product.
