PowerMax Jug Blender

I'd been meaning to buy a blender for sometime now. After some hunting through the most well-known "consumer reporting" magazine, I discovered that this $50 blender, mixed, chopped and crushed ice better than models that were EIGHT times as much. This model is the best I've ever used.

Ice crushing was the key factor in the purchase. This baby crushes it in a few quick pulses. Frozen drinks are ready in less than 30 seconds. I use mine for protein shakes and it's a snap to clean. The key is cleaning it immediately.

I must stress that you can't find a better value for your money. This blender is amazing!

I have been searching for a blender that actually does crush ice and I think that I have finally found it!! I was determined to find and purchase one of these blenders after reading the reviews on this site. I tracked one down and I am so pleased that this one does the trick. Highly recommended.

After returning 2 Hamilton Beach blenders (the Elite and the 14 speed), I am happy to finally be keeping this one. I do agree with another reviewer in that it worked best the first time I used it. Since then, when crushing ice, I do have to use a spatula a few times, but since the final product comes out smooth, I don't really mind having to do this. I'd recommend this blender.

This has been my first blender. It blends properly although needs a few shakes when dealing with ice, i'm overall satisfied with this product.
