Died in 6 months. Called customer support, they told me that they do not provide replacement since it is discontinued model, and I have to send it to nearest service center at my own shipping expense. Will never buy this one again.

This kettle is far from my expectations. It takes too much time to boil water and the ergonomics is not that great: the lid opens in a very inconvenient way so you'd have a problem filling the kettle up with water.

Love this kettle. Everything about it is perfect. It boils water super fast, the handle shape is perfect and very easy to hold, the design of the heating base allows for easy positioning the kettle, the spout allows for easy refilling of the kettle and there's no drips, leaks, or worries about spills.

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing this kettle because of the price tag but I must say, it was definitely worth it.

This is the second of the same kettle I own. I bought the last one six years ago and it is still working perfectly. The relatively cheaper one I bought in Wal-mart (different brand) wouldn't stop boiling until manually stop it after less than three months of use. This one doesn't look as solidly constructed as the last one but it is still the same model. So far it works well. Hopefully it will last another six years.
