I bought a Sigg to replace this September 26, 2008
I am not happy with this bottle. I purchased it for my six year old. The lid won't screw on unless you have it aligned perfectly. That is difficult for a child to do. It seems cheaply made, the paint scratches off easily. The worst part is the water gets a nasty metal taste if it is left in the bottle for more than a few hours. I replaced this bottle with a Sigg. They do cost more but in my opinion are worth the extra expense. The water tastes pure even after an entire day of hiking and they seem to be made of a very high quality material.

Good Buy July 29, 2008
These bottles are just what I was looking for, and the price was less than similarly advertised bottles. The cap is plastic threaded stopper, which will eventually need to be replaced after I cross thread it enough times. But that's OK, it's still a good deal. I bought 2 for each vehicle, so that I don't have to drink water out of plastic bottles anymore.

I have to say this is a lot smaller then I thought it would be also, it leaks which rules out carrying it in my purse which is what I purchased it for.
