These were a light and easy means of energy throughout my workout. I hate carrying around a half eaten bar, so the resealable package worked well for me. These little bites definitely kept me going through my 3 hour work out. I usually start to feel like i'm going to crash around 2 hours, but not with these. I've only tried the lemon and compared to most bars they're pretty good on taste.
