Don Bruno label Sherry Wine Vinegar from Roland results from the acetic fermentation of sherry wine from the jerez de la frontera region of Spain. This delicate, yet full-bodied vinegar is aged in oak barrels by traditional methods. Tawny golden color and sweet sherry flavor and aroma. Ingredients: Sherry Wine Vinegar, Sulfur Dioxide (as a preservative) Preparation: Don Bruno Sherry Wine Vinegar is easily adaptable for cooking and salad making. Only a moderate amount of this vinegar is needed to provide a rich sherry flavor. Store in a cool, dark place.

This vinegar is wonderful. It's a huge bottle and the taste is beyond compare. When Sherry vinegar is called for in a recipe, there is no alternative for its sweet, pungy flavor. However, I use this vinegar for salad dressings and in place of red wine vinegar. I purchased it only a few weeks ago and it is half gone. I will be ordering again.

Good Price. Quick Delivery August 1, 2007
This product is available at a local gourmet food store, but I got about a third more for the same price, even after I factored in the shipping. Plus, I didn't have to go get it; delivered to my door. No doubt, we will shop here again! Quick shipping/delivery.
