I bought this fountain after reading great reviews about it. I bought it for my oldest son's high school graduation open house. Since it was brand new, I assumed it would work great out of the box. Boy was I wrong! I followed the directions exactly and was expecting this gorgeous flowing fountain of chocolate. When I plugged it in, preheated it (along with having warm chocolate to begin with), then turned on the auger....it sounded like a weed whip! It made an awful racket! The auger would not fit tightly to the stem that holds it in place so it rattled around like crazy! I was so disappointed that this did not live up to it's reviews.

We ordered 3 (three pound) bottles of this liquid chocolate for an upcoming celebration. The order was here immediately. I emailed the company with a storage question, and they were very responsive and friendly. The best thing about this product is that it is DELICIOUS! It worked perfectly in our Rival Chocolate Fountain. We will definitely order from this company again! Yum, Yum!

We bought this as a gift for a bride and groom to use at their reception. It looked good, worked pretty well, but one of the legs was completely broken off when she opened the box. We had to prop it up with folded pieces of cardboard. Don't know whether it was shipped this way or broke during shipping but needless to say I was kind of embarassed when she opened it and it was not in perfect condition. She said it was a little hard to clean but other than the broken leg, she was very pleased.

We used this delicious liquid chocolate in our chocolate fountain at our daughter's best friend's bridal shower last month. It was a big hit ~ everybody loved it! The chocolate is just the right consistency & flows really well. There is no milk in it, so it must be rich in dark chocolate antioxidants. And the taste is excellent. We will definitely only be purchasing J & D Fine Foods Liquid Fondue Chocolate for our fountain in the future. Extremely satisfied!

Great product! Flows smoothly, easy to use. The flavor and aroma of this chocolate is wonderful. I have used this product several times now and will continue to use it in my chocolate fountain. The chocolate fountain (filled with this liquid fondue chocolate has been a huge hit at a recent Bridal Shower that I hosted and also at one of my recent home parties. This product is so easy to use that I won't even bother trying any other type or brand of chocolate! I just warm the chocolate by setting the sealed bottle in a tub of hot water, then add it to my fountain, and voila'! Also, the shipping is SUPER FAST! J&D Fine Foods has my A+ rating!
