I bought this online to send to a family member who had heart surgery...they said it had been delivered--

it had not been--

I called the company and they sent a replacement out asap--

but not what I ordered-

it came in a wicker basket/not the heart tray
and had less fruit than I ordered.

This was upsetting--
and if I didn't ask my family member f it had arrived
I would have thought t had been as was listed on my amazon page.

So I ended up with them getting a basket of fruit I did not order
way off the date as well.

Customer Service did send a replacement asap
they also refunded me 100% as soon as I told them how it arrived.
